Rontrell Bethley has been an eager, independent, entrepreneur and a motivated businessman since 2011. He was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He currently resides in Zachary, LA with his wife, two sons, and a fur baby. Over the years, Rontrell has became a Serial Entrepreneur in which he was blessed to own and create multiple businesses such as:

These multiple businesses have allowed Rontrell to host and partnership with other entrepreneurs to conduct various givebacks in the community. Some of those givebacks include: turkey giveaways, hotplate giveaways, car giveaways, Easter egg hunts, cash giveaways, back to school giveaways, and donating items to victims of natural disasters.

Being raised with three older siblings by his mother in Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas, Rontrell’s main goal was to make his mother and grandmother proud. During his middle school years his entrepreneurial skills kicked in. He began selling candy out of his bookbag. Since that goal was a success and gave him childhood financial freedom, his dream for being an entrepreneur became more grand.

After graduating high school, he worked at a Plant, which is a desired job of many individuals residing in the Baton Rouge area. After seven years he left the Plant industry to embark as a full time entrepreneur in order to gain financial freedom.

Rontrell is an individual who enjoys inspiring, motivating, and educating others. His primary goal is to help create as many independently owned businesses as possible. Each day he sets goals with hopes of reaching out to the community by creating short videos for anyone seeking words of encouragement. He has faced many setbacks, but those setbacks only gave him motivation to keep pushing. Aside for being a self-motivated businessman, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading inspirational literature. Overall, he is a success driven individual who is always seeking new ways to inspire upcoming business owners.
